Delivery and Refund Policy
Order
Once an order is made and the parcel is shipped, no further changes can be made.
We strongly advise customers to carefully review and modify their orders before customers place an order.
Delivery
Your parcels will be delivered using the "GDEX" courier services / other transport .
We will proceed the order within 2 working days upon receiving payment confirmation. You will then be able to receive your purchase within 2-3days for Peninsular Malaysia Order & 3-5days for East Malaysia Order.
For Postage Fees & Charges
* For Peninsular Malaysia first 3kg charges RM12.00, and subsequent 1kg charges RM2.50 .
* For East Malaysia first 1kg charges RM19.00, and subsequent 1kg charges RM15.50.
* Transport fee for too large item we must understand the size, weight and delivery location of the order first.
For Self-Collect
You can choose to collect at TENN FASTENERS (MELAKA) Store, located at:
NO.7, JALAN PM1, TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN MERDEKA, BATU BERENDAM 75350, MELAKA
Operation hours: Monday - Saturday, 8.30am - 6pm
Return
If the products you have received are faulty, defective or different from your purchase, kindly inform us within 3 days from the day you acknowledged receipt of such parcel.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of use and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.
Returned products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging attached.
Damaged, soiled or altered return products will not be entertained and to be returned to the customer.

Refund
After the return application has been verified or when the products you placed are out of stock, we will process for the refund within 7 working days.
